Multi-year plans include one locate-and-repair per year. Additional breaks in the same year, or repairs needing extensive wire replacement, are quoted at standard rates.
Manufacturer warranties, including UltraCare, cover the equipment itself. Your plan discounts the receiver replacement fee, one discounted replacement per pet per term.
Transmitter replacement isn't a plan benefit since those failures almost always involve a larger event like a lightning strike. The labor on that service call is still covered.
Issued once a year as store credit, good for anything at our online store. Works whether your system runs on batteries or recharges.
Annual plans renew each year and renewal pricing may increase up to 5%. Multi-year prepay locks your rate for the full term. Cancel any time before renewal.
